McCall Countdown!

In two weeks these Tulsa natives are heading to our first Management Retreat in McCall, Idaho! We're counting down the days until we get to experience the McCall beauty. This Week's #MCM - Dylan!

We have a very special #MCM this week - Dylan (far left)! Dylan joined the Dynamic Business Solutions team in December 2016 and within these few months has traveled to 4 new states in 5 months and was even promoted into a Team Lead role. He is known in the office as "the optimist," a title he wears proudly and with grace. We are excited to see what other opportunities will come from Dylan's positive attitude and perseverance. We're Expanding!

Congrats to our very own team member for his promotion from assistant manager into management! We are excited to announce Dynamic Business Solutions' team member, Marshal, will be expanding into Champagne, IL!

Meet our Management Team - A group hardworking, ambitious, and dedicated individuals!

Jered Reid, President

California Native, Jered grew up in Modesto spending most of his time playing baseball as a pitcher and a catcher. Over the years he has moved all around the Northwest, but 2 years ago he found himself moving to Boise, Idaho. He wanted to take his life into his own hands, and he know that there were opportunities to grow as a person, personally and professionally. Now, Jered spends most of his free time with his 2 dogs, and Enjoying what Tulsa has to offer.

On April 4th, Jered expanded his company out to Tulsa, Oklahoma and is looking forward to helping people go though the management development program as well!

Molly Boyd, Hiring Manager

Our hiring manager, Molly, was born and raised in Seattle Washington. She grew up playing soccer and continued her soccer career at the University of Washington where she majored in political economy. She spends most of her free time outside, whether its hiking, exploring, or camping. Molly also enjoys spending time with her Lab and German Sheppard. Her short term goal is to help Jered expand his company 5 times in 2017!

Marshal Sawicki, Assistant Manager

Born and raised in North Pole, Alaska (yes that is a real place!) Marshal spent the majority of his time on the Ice, playing hockey. At a very young age Marshal developed his competitive nature and has hit the ground running ever since. About 2 years ago he made the move from Alaska down to Boise Idaho, just looking for a new opportunity. The majority of experience Marshal had was in painting, and he just didn’t see a career for himself in that field. Soon after moving to Boise, Marshal found an Entry Level position that was the perfect fit to get him to his goal, and has been happier ever since.

Spencer Stevenson, Assistant Manager

Favorite part of working with #DBS: The energy is electric and addictive. It’s a work hard play hard mentality that pushes you to be the best. It’s all about reaching your goals but at the end of the day it’s about how you help others reach theirs, which develops you into an inspiring person.

Michael McClure, Assistant Manager

Born and raised in Boise Idaho, Michael spent the majority of his life on the football field. After high school Michael aspired to take his football career first to college, then to the NFL. His travels first started in Iowa, where he played football for a year and decided, Iowa wasn’t where he was meant to be. He then decided to go back to Idaho for a year, before he was going to start his next adventure playing football in Portland. He ended up taking a position he felt would be short term, but Michael fell in love with the competitive team atmosphere and he has been with us ever since. In April 2016 Michael expanded to Tulsa Oklahoma with Jered and the rest is history.

Michael plans on being promoted to management by the end of 2016 and expanding to Kansas City.
