From Tulsa, OK to Dallas, TX

It was a memorable weekend as our Tulsa team traveled to Dallas, TX for a regional leadership development conference hosted by our client broker! The 15 team members who joined us walked away with more notes 📝 in their journals and goals on their mind 👨🏽‍💼👩🏻‍💼...plus they cleaned up like $1M 💸💸💸. S/O to the DBS crew for making this weekend one for the books!

Seriously, though, when you work with someone as incredible as Molly, how do you ever thank them enough for being born?! In two weeks these Tulsa natives are heading to our first Management Retreat in McCall, Idaho! We're counting down the days until we get to experience the McCall beauty. This Week's #MCM - Dylan!

We have a very special #MCM this week - Dylan (far left)! Dylan joined the Dynamic Business Solutions team in December 2016 and within these few months has traveled to 4 new states in 5 months and was even promoted into a Team Lead role. He is known in the office as "the optimist," a title he wears proudly and with grace. We are excited to see what other opportunities will come from Dylan's positive attitude and perseverance.
